Data centre earthworks
Maveric delivered bulk earthworks, excavation support and underground services for a data centre development in the Frankfurt region. The site was within a congested residential area and required close sequencing with the shell-and-core contractor.

The challenge
The congested residential setting constrained bulk deliveries and removals. Site investigations completed by others proved inaccurate, and uncharted foundations were encountered during excavation.
Delivery
Daily and weekly planning workshops coordinated deliveries, removals and interfaces with the other contractors. Sheet piling supported the excavation, dewatering was maintained, and uncharted obstructions were addressed within the works sequence.
Safety & quality
Deep drainage was installed inside trench boxes, cable routes received slab protection before backfilling, and contaminated soil was handled under controlled conditions. Supporting publication evidence remains TO CONFIRM.
